Food was good, place was clean, service was good as well
I guess this is the only Mexican restaurant in Seward. So nothing else to compare to locally. Food tasted average. The prices are high but I guess that's the case for any restaurant so far up north. I was just happy to find a Mexican place here!
Best kept secret in Seward! 😋😋😋😋😋 Got the 🌮🌮s and the Haberinero Salsa 🌶🌶🌶 and OMG the absolutely best salsa I have had in Alaska 😀😋 The customer service was top notch and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant. 😀🌮🌶❤
Really good food, lots of veggies. No public WiFi, supposedly. Was told by the employee the WiFi was only to run their own systems. Which included two maybe three simultaneous radios on in the same room at once...
nice little spot.. had the chicken quesadilla here. It was very good!
Great rockfish tacos. Everything is fresh and delicious
Really good halibut burrito. I little on the pricey side but good quality.
Vegetarian Food was very delicious. we felt it could have been cleaner and staff a little bit more friendly. We tried large nachos and tofu burrito.
Most reasonably priced restaurant in seward that actually has fairly delicious food. There is a good variety and the menu has remained unchanged for quite awhile. Go here if you're hungry and if you want to still have money to get home from your vacation.
excellent burritos and beer, hit the spot, and super friendly staff
This place isn't very good at all. Food is awful and so many better options for the price range. My wife was sick after having the pork burrito. I had a bite because it looked appetizing, i found the beans are under cooked the pork had no flavor. Salas was decent.
Great rockfish burrito. Ordered and drifted next door for a cold beer. No complaints only compliments.
Legendary tacos and burritos! The wife and I took our kids here for a post beach/hike day dinner and were not disappointed. Super kid friendly, great atmosphere, and phenomenal food in a hurry. Definitely worth revisiting. Best tacos in Seward!
Very friendly owners and AMAZING burritos. Hits the perfect spot after days of camping and jet boil meals! Top Notch housemade salsa too, ginger habanero for the win. Highly recommend.
Make some time service is good but slow.
Breakfast was great! On a rainy day there is definitely not enough seating, but the wait is definitely worth it. My father loves breakfast food more than anything, and he said in his 68 years these were the best eggs Benedict he has ever had. EVER. It is a bit close to the cruise terminal, so if you're a local go toward the beginning or end of the season the escape the cruise groupies.
Great service, great food all fresh and tasty and the salsa was the bomb. Well be back.
Delicious, good food, and souvenirs for cheap.
Surprisingly good mexican food. Although they ran out of guac, but the burrito was yummy! Parking was little difficult in the rain. Fortunately, there was free parking across the street (near Kenai Fjords tour).
Great food at tourist (high) prices.
One of my favorite haunts in Seward. I have been coming to this town as a seasonal worker for years, and this is a GREAT place to come for a quality burrito,l. Definitely try out he halibut.
Great food after long day of driving. Loved the atmosphere. Will recommend to friends and family.
Food was okay. Decent number of veggie options. Very close to seward rail depot.
Searched hard for the halibut in my $17 halibut tacos.
Small but good food & service. Kids meals -$10. Rest of menu $14-17. Eat in or take out.
One of my go-to spots in Seward. This will be my third season coming back to work for the summer and Railway Cantina is always my first stop. Great service and quality ingredients every time. The Blackened Halibut is always on point! You guys will be seeing me plenty over the next few months. Cheers!
Good Mexican food
Costly and portion size are less. Salsa and dip containers are empty and no one bothers to fill them up. Even cutleries are kept inside for people to ask for. Service was fast and staff were doing their best to serve people. Location is good but parking is BIG issue. There is paid parking all around.
Incredible burritos here. Great service. Seriously good food!
Tasty food, nice people, great prices, if you want Mexican food and beer this is the place to go!
Chicken Burrito was mouth watering. and collection of hot sause bottles were impressive.
Pretty good food
They make custom vegetarian options too. Great food
Customer service..not great. Food... not great. $31 for 2 halibut tacos and a quesadilla...not worth it. Location was like a mall food court. I don't mark down many restaurants but this was definitely one of the worsts ones.
We ordered two burritos: Roasted Chicken and Tofu-N-Veggie. The menu is a little overpriced but it was worth it it! The burritos are huge!
Great place with multiple options. Service is quick.
Reasonably priced, friendly staff and tasty food. They had the tastiest burritos I had ever eaten anywhere in the US.
Best and healthiest food I ever ate ! I had an excellent time at this place. Great atmosphere and staff. One word - Outstanding!
The roasted chicken burrito is pretty good. I thought the price could have been a little better than $14. The atmosphere was friendly and casual.
A little expensive but good food. Lots of vegetarian options.
I had the pulled pork burrito.
Best fish tacos in south central.
Ordered the halibut burrito and was impressed with how good the food looked when it arrived at my table. However after 2 bites it went immediately down hill. It was filled with overly spicy chipotle mayo and I couldn't taste anything else. I ended up throwing half of it away, pretty sure i could find better places to give me a $20 heartburn
Great place.
We ordered some pulled pork burrittos, a fish taco of some type and some kids quesadillas. It was 80 bucks for 6 food items. that only came with chips and salsa apart from the main dish. The pulled pork was dry and the quesadillas were plain cheese so not much that can go wrong witht them. Maybe i had high expectations due to the cost. but then again its a tourist spot so everyone can charge morei suppose. Overall the food was disapointing and do not plan on eating here again.Reply to owner message. 1 burritos at 14 dollars =141 burritos at 14 dollars =141 quesadillas at 10 dollars = 101 quesadillas at 10 dollars = 101 quesadillas at 10 dollars = 101 Halibut fish tacos at 17 dollar = 175 dollar tip 6 items equaling 75 dollars and a 5 dollar tip.Your right it was not 80, but Ill make sure to not tip again. Thanks for your reply.
Excellent little hole in the wall joint- great selection of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, good beer choices, friendly and helpful staff - can't miss stop in Seward.
Really good pork burrito with the pineapple salsa! Will be back next time in Seward
Ordered the nachos with pork and a side of guacamole. The pork was minimal and cold, the only thing warm the cheese sauce. The guacamole was just a package from Costco. It was not what I was expecting for the price and menu description. Also very odd that they advertise tacos and beer but you go next door for beer or a soft drink.
Interesting salsas. The burritos and quesadillas were good too!
Probably the best customer service I’ve had in a restaurant in a really long time. I asked to add more meat to my salad after I got it and it had very little on it, and they put an entire second serving in it at no charge.
